My Plan to Build a 6-Figure Newsletter by The End of 2025

It’s December 9, 2024.

I’ve been writing daily emails for the past 100 days to my public speaking newsletter and made my first $20 sale with just 9 subscribers.

But along the way, I’ve learned an important lesson:

Sending a daily email requires flexibility, creativity, and relentless curiosity.

And as much as I love public speaking, I don’t plan to spend the rest of my life writing about just one topic.

That’s why I’ve decided to start a more personal-oriented newsletter where I can freely share my journey, explore diverse interests, and connect with you on a deeper level.

As a result, I’ll reduce the frequency of emails in the public speaking newsletter to 2-3 times per week and focus on growing it as a business.

In my new personal newsletter, I’ll write daily on topics that light me up: public speaking, direct response copywriting, email marketing, persuasive influence, capital raising, and entrepreneurship.

I’ll also take you along as I build PersuasiveSpeaker.blog into a 6-figure newsletter by the end of 2025.

An email is more than just words. It’s a responsibility. An invitation into someone’s day. A trust they extend to you with their time and attention.

I hold that privilege dearly in my heart.

That’s why, in this new chapter, I’ll do my best to share the most valuable lessons and golden nuggets I pick up along the way.

As for my plan to build a 6-figure newsletter?

It’s simple:

  • Run ads to drive traffic.

  • Convert that traffic to subscribers with an irresistible lead magnet (a little “bribe” to join).

  • Sell sponsorships and my own products.

Simple business model. But as with anything, execution is everything.

So, here’s to a new journey, and to building something meaningful, together.
